Introduction
Who are we? CALPASC is a non-profit trade association of specialty contractors, related suppliers, and affiliate members. Our members and staff work together in an organized, professional manner on important issues that affect our businesses and industry. At the local and state levels, we provide a wide range of services and programs such as advocacy, training, members-only access to our extensive resource center (e.g.: contract review), trade and staff councils, and affinity programs.

History - CALPASC was founded in San Diego as PASC. The association was formed to tackle issues such as insurance, contract language, and legislation affecting trade contractors. The local members, seeing the same needs throughout the state, moved to establish chapters (now known as Regions) throughout California under the umbrella group CALPASC. Since then we have experienced membership growth, increased our effectiveness in Sacramento, and have built a much stronger trade contractor community. However, much work remains to be done!
